Returns are free for orders shipped within Sri Lanka. We include a return label in every package which is at no cost to use.

For Returns, Follow These Steps:
  • Indicate a reason for return using one of the Return Codes listed on the order form included in your package.
  • Attach your return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this label.
  • Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.
Note: You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 6-12 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.

We offer free delivery across Sri Lanka for orders over Rs. 2,000. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 375 applies. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days, while expedited delivery within the Western Province takes 2–3 working days.

Yes! We deliver to selected countries worldwide. International delivery rates vary based on the destination and package weight. Delivery times range from 7–35 working days, depending on your location. Additional customs fees or import taxes may apply according to your country's regulations. Please contact our support team for specific international delivery inquiries.

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to your WhatsApp number. You can track your package by clicking the tracking link and entering your order number. Tracking information is typically updated within 48 hours of shipment. (Applies to international orders only.)

Orders & Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on most orders. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags. Once your return request is approved, a return label will be provided. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 2–4 business days.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@naturista.lk or via the WhatsApp number listed on our website. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
