- Use as a drink
- Add a spoonful of Naturista Curry Leaves Powder to a 100ml glass of boiling water and stir well. (Use only the spoon provided with the bottle to get the powder from the bottle)
- Keep it closed for 4-6 minutes. Then stir it well again and drink it once a day in the morning on an empty stomach. (If necessary drink it with a piece of jaggery.
